Welcome to ✨ THE GLAM DEN ✨ We strive to make all of your hair dreams come true. LOCATION & PARKING: The Glam Den is located in Sola Salons at 469 Salem St, Studio 5, Medford Ma 02155. There is lots of free parking. STUDIO CAPACITY: The Glam Den is a small intimate space with that being said, we ask that you come to your appointments alone. Cancellation Policy
CANCELLATION AND NO SHOW POLICY
At The Glam Den, we value your time and ours. To ensure smooth scheduling for all our clients, we have the following cancellation and no-show policy:
• 48-Hour Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment time will result in a charge of 100% of the service fee. This amount will be charged to the card on file.
• No-Show Policy: If you fail to show up for your appointment without any prior notice, you will also be charged 100% of the service fee to the card on file.
By booking an appointment at The Glam Den, you agree to this policy. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in helping us maintain a well-organized schedule for all clients.
